REWILD RETREAT

A 5-Day Healing Backpacking Adventure in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado

August 23-27 2025

Awaken to your truest self through nature, connection, and presence on this 5 day– 4 night backpacking adventure.

Rewild is a backpacking adventure designed for those with some backpacking experience who are hungry to explore internal and external landscapes with like minded individuals on a similar healing journey.

This program is all about reconnecting with the parts of you that have buried beneath your trauma through the natural joys and challenges that come with being in wild spaces. You will be led by two guides who are versed in the tandem flow of inner and outer journeys and who will support your unique path with skills for deepening your connection, growing in responsiveness to yourself, and being deeply present in your life. Together, we’ll discover the lessons the natural world generously offers us when we choose to spend time with ourselves and others in these wild spaces.

Through backpacking, yoga, meditation, and somatic workshops, you’ll have space to reflect both alone and in community, and feel fully present with your body, emotions, and the raw beauty of the landscape around you.

This trip is for you if you long to come home to yourself through adventure, connection, presence, and play!

What to Expect:

  • Backpacking: Deepen your connection with your body as you move through the wilderness. Connect with your breath, your strength, and a community of others who are also on a path toward wholeness.

  • Camp: Ground yourself in simplicity, connecting to the rhythms of nature under the backdrop of an alpine lake and starry skies.

  • Yoga & Meditation: Restore your body and mind through daily yoga and meditation practices designed to help you reconnect, release tension, and return to the present moment.

  • Daily Group Discussions: Share and reflect with others on the journey. Discover new insights through connection with people who get it.
